Hello ,

december 2021 with flow cytometry i realized in report letters with BCR/ABL (Negative) and JAK2/CALR (Not detected).....

Not sure these are genes researched for CLL / MBL diagnosis and meaning

these tests are markers for chronic myeloid leukaemia (BCR/ABL) and myelofibrosis (JAK2) so not normally tested for in patients with CLL. Perhaps this was before a definitive diagnosis?

Hello, yes these were done first time I saw hematologist for increase of wbc and alc, they also tested on those I guess. And was diagnosed with MBL
