Troublesome ITP since 9 years. Past 6 months platelets has finally been stable, treated with Revolade (Eltrombopag) 25 mg and low dose Prednisolone. In January one year ago, two of my clogged arteries in heart had a by pass surgery. Survived serious complications. Slow heart rehabilitation. Was looking forward to a new spring! Thought I was mainly a heart patient. Now sudden fall of platelets. I have to heavily increase Prednisolone and double Revolade. I wonder how my heart will react. Anyone else with CLL, ITP and heartfailure?

I can't help I'm afraid and don't have any answers to your questions but I just wanted to send you good wishes. Not great your dose had to be increased but hoping it will help and the issue will resolve and you will be able to decrease the dose again. 🙏🏻❤️
