We had a discussion on this yesterday- the answer is YES. Most citrus fruits are perfectly OK. There are a very few minor exceptions: Grapefruit, bitter oranges, and any cross breed of those plus pomegranates and star fruit have a specific enzyme that makes many drugs stronger and last longer in the body .

Add blood oranges and Saville oranges to that list. And that means that marmalades from the U.K., which typically are made from saville oranges, are on the no no list.
