I haven't had groin pain. But what I would say is, as we are getting older (66yo in my case) it's hard to know if those twinges, or aches are due to our CLL or down to age. In the early days of my diagnosis, I was becoming paranoid.....I thought every little twinge was the CLL progressing at warp speed. But that is just my experience...

You might want to send an email to your specialist. It could put your mind at rest.

Yes probably correct, thanks, Cll always pops up in my head like a bad penny.

sun_flower, I do gardening and twinges came often. I decided to do stretch exercises guided by a trained therapist with a degree in kinesiology. Insurance wouldn't cover it, but since I felt immediate improvement in my range of motion I redid my living expenses to cover it. Absolutely the best decision I could have made. After a year, I felt confident to continue stretches on my own at home. My budget was too strained with inflation of my other living expenses to keep paying for sessions. 🙂 Sandra

I was first diagnosed with SLL which means larger lymph nodes. My lymph nodes ached (although many docs say our enlarged nodes don’t hurt - mine did). I had enlarged nodes in my groin that ached. We are all different so not sure if that informs you on your pain at all - but that’s my experience. Wish you well.

yes I get this, I do a lot of gardening too, I used to think it was CLL related, lymph node sat on a nerve but now on treatment o&v and lots of pain disappeared, I’m still left with that, so I’m now not so sure.

Beautiful colourful garden, enjoy being in it when you can but at a slow pace. I get all consumed in mine and time just disappears which definitely contributes to pain.

I had lower right groin pain for about a week after starting Venclexta treatment. It came out of no where and went away on its own. I can tell you, for me, it was definitely not from physical activity, since my fatigue limits my ability to accomplish much. Wishing you an answer.

hi. I get weird pain in groin lymph nodes sometimes. Sometimes it was when I was heading for an infection - mainly kidney infection for me. I don’t get the normal signs anymore, just painful groin nodes and loin pain, and greater fatigue.

I also get it if my ferritin too low, or I’ve done too much - it’s not normal stiffness with me, it’s fatigue.

Can't help with the groin pain, but like Misty Mountain I do get the odd ache and twinge when I've probably over done things. Your garden looks lovely. I hope you get many sunny days to enjoy it.

Hi sun_flower! I’m on w&w, so no treatment as of yet. I would get occasional achey feeling in my left groin only. Felt like I needed to stretch it out almost. It would come and go, felt it mostly at night. Last week, I noticed my lymph node on that side was swollen. It started out as just an uncomfortable feeling in the groin area. No pain. A week later, it has become a little bigger and feels harder. It’s tender if I press on it. No pain though. I’ve contacted my doctor. Will go in to see him if it does not resolve on its own shortly. No other symptoms, other than I am easily tired sometimes. Always hard for me to distinguish between what is CLL related, and what isn’t. Sometimes I feel like the doctors themselves don’t really know…🤷‍♀️
