Anyone familiar with the ingredient Lepticore

It is explained as a "hormone produced by our fat cells." It is also an ingredient in cookies designed to help you lose weight. It is a nutraceutical. Is it safe for CLLers to eat? Thanks to all of you. This group is the best!!

Just looked it up. It isn't really a nutraceutical which I consider to be chemicals that come directly from natural products. Instead, it is called a patented ingredient complex. I tend to be more skeptical in such cases. I will add that I've recently been limiting my eating to 10 hours or less (a form of intermittent fasting) which for me isn't hard at all -- quit at 7pm and don't eat again until 9am (or whatever variation) and immediately began losing some pounds -- and I am NOT doing this to lose weight but because it appears to be generally healthy. Just a thought if you're wanting to lose weight.
