I also noted more side effects from my 2nd Pfizer bivalent booster. About 4 days of slight vertigo and stomach issues, and extra but temporary fatigue. Normal temperature and BP. Worth it, though!

This is usual for me- I get knocked out for 5 to 10 days each time. Temp of around 40, keeping going hot then cold, can't sleep, very achy, and then the physical and mental fatigue. Scary at first, but I'm now used to it and plan my schedule accordingly.

We all may be feeling the cumulative effects of so many boosters in a very short period of time. I had my last booster in December, with very unpleasant side effects. I decided to wait until next fall when the new formulation became available. I am aware covid is still around, but I feel protected with the cumulative effects of short I have taken…

Hi mia20, I empathise with you, I had my 7th vaccine today, and waiting for the 'Fallout'. My last two vaccines made me feel awful, with 120 pulse rate, nausea, fatigue, and bad headaches.

Previously I did not dose myself up with Paracetamol, but this time I was advised by both my Haematologist and the nurse who administered the jab, to take two Paracetamols four times a day for a couple of days.

I am religiously doing this, after having had the vaccine at 11.30am today, it is now 7.35pm, and so far, (Fingers Crossed). I have not had the slightest pain or discomfort.I will let you know of the final outcome.

My Haematologist has always stressed the importance of me, as a CLL'er, taking the vaccine, he also advised that anyone living with me who is mixing, or working in the community, take it too.

All the best Ron

Hi Ron hope you are still feeling well and have missed the side effects this time. I have to say the 6th one I was absolutely fine so you never can tell. Best wishes

Good on you for volunteering to be on a national committee studying vaccination. Would you like to share more about the committee?

With respect to your statement about having a weakened immune system, which we unfortunately have with CLL, doesn't it make more sense to boost your immune system with a vaccine and avoid the greater risks associated with the actual disease?

I've attached a plot from just one of many studies showing the benefits of being vaccinated against COVID-19.

With respect to Dr McCulloch, see my reply about him and his controversial activity and disproven claims here: healthunlocked.com/cllsuppo...

Neil

There are many studies proving that the outcome for unvaccinated is worse than vaccinated
