IVIG Infusion and Covid Vaccination spacing

I have on previous COVID vaccinations, left a few weeks to my next IVIG infusion. Unfortunately I have been called up for my Covid vaccination of the 6th Jan and have an IVIG infusion scheduled for the 8th Jan.

What have others been advised on having COVID and IVIG within a few days (delay or go ahead)?

BTW, still isolating, apart from occasional visitors in an outside environment and 2 meters apart.

I am full aware there are many thoughts on this but after much research and interviews I make sure ALL vaccines are done on the same day or the very next day of the IVIG. I have been doing this for many years.

I had one of my COVID shots and IVIG within 24 hours without any noticeable effect.

I was told by my team at MD Anderson to wait 2 weeks due to being given a steroid injection prior to the infusion. Steroids hinder the immune response and help eliminate potential rejection issues.
