Someone posted regarding Fasting Mimicking Diet earlier—don’t remember the date, but before Dec 9.

Longo answers questions at 46:40. I asked the CLL question at 48:39ish. He addresses fasting and cancer becoming robust at 52:25ish.

As much as I respect Dr. Longo I have to state that his comments about the effects of fasting, breakfast skipping and time restricted eating go against everything I learned about this subject from unbiased sources during the last decade. I understand that he is selling products that help his patients to stick to his FMD method, and that raises a red flag. I do not dispute that his FMD method is way easier to stick to than to a full water fast, nor the fact that it is a welcome improvement on a standard crappy diet most people fall prey to day in day out and occasional FMD bouts are very beneficial for the average person. However the full water fast is the real deal and I have yet to see a study that proves it to be unhealthy. So I'm not sold on his take.

I believe when he started out with the FMD and fasting it was geared toward cancer/CLL and research. While you do need money to do the research this FMD seems to have taken a different path and I do not see much in the way of cancer/CLL research. Just my thoughts.
