Covid booster after 3 primary shots

I has my 3rd primary vaccine 17 September and Wednesday I was informed by text from my GP surgery I was due my booster and there were drop clinics Thursday and Friday. Went in yesterday , no queue. Retired GP did my booster and was fully aware of requirements for immunosupressed. Strictly speaking booster was due today and computer said no but she was able to override it.

I hope everyone has the positive feedback experience I had but not confident. Information is there for GPs.

Good for you! I have yet to convince the local 'system' that my third dose was just that - not a 'booster'.

But I have terrier-like persistence (commented on in another forum, following a debate) and I shall prevail!

I think you were lucky judging from my own experience and the many messages in this group. Hopefully the problems will get sorted in time, but probably not in time (if you know what I mean).Roger
