Hi. I have just had a negative antibody test result after taking the National COVID cancer survey test. Obviously disappointed after having the 3rd dose of the Pfizer vaccine on the 2 Oct. Not sure if it makes a difference to me only waiting 17 day between the Jab and the test, perhaps I should have waited longer. I am still on W&W and had thought those in that state would have a better antibody response. Obviously that is not the case for me.
Just wondering if there are many of us out there that have completed the survey and had results. Hopefully having a better outcome than me. Please can you share if possible.
Kind regards to all.

Hi . I contacted the survey team and asked if I had taken the test to early after 17 days. They said seems likely that the vaccine normally starts to take effect after 3 weeks and sent me a link to try again in a couple of weeks. It will be 6 weeks before I try again. But you can be positive now as we all seem different. Good luck anyway.
