Good morning - sorry to hear that the year 2020 came to a close with this news for you. Sometimes it just feels like it’s one thing after another.

But to your question, absolutely yes. The best remedy for me in my earlier stages (2017-2019) was exercise. It really helps. But with covid my tennis club shut down and this winter the fatigue has truly been the worst for me. It’s the kind of tired where if you let yourself drift off during the day I even only for a few minutes, you awaken feeling really (really!) heavy. It reminds me of what I felt like as a teenager after I would fall asleep for an hour in the late afternoon. Just a total a$$ kick.

For me I wondered if maybe some of it was the power of suggestion after my diagnosis, but now there is no question it gets me down. Harder to focus too.

I hope your watch and wait journey is long and uneventful. One thing I can say about that, after a couple of years, for most it’s a lot less scary and bothersome than that first few months.
