Strangely enough yes. I’ve put it down to irritation/allergy to a shampoo (can happen even if you’ve used same one for a while). I’ve changed brands to a simpler, more gentle on the scalp shampoo and am using Eurax cream on the sore, itchy patch. Mine tends to happen at base of my scalp.

May not be the same reason for you but worth a try. I didn’t have the issue whilst on Ibrutinib incidentally. Mention it to your doctor if it persists or shows signs of infection and try not to scratch too heavily 😉

Since CLL dx (5 years) I’ve had many bouts of intense itching. I think I posted about it once. I read somewhere that it’s to do with the release of cytokines but have nothing to back that up.Peggy

Not by my ears but my upper arms periodically get very painful stabbing itching. One year it was everyday.... acupuncture helped.

Mine was itching from hell.😢

I had persistent deep painful body itching problems that the doctors said was probably CLL related. Doxepin helped ease the itching. It totally went away after I began Imbruvica treatments.
