Dr Choi is my doctor. He’s brilliant and sweet and has my back. I’m 13q unmutated, currently close to remission on V+O. With new novel treatments, mutation status isn’t as important, as I’ve been told. I was on W&W 10 years before I needed treatment. I’m just blessed to have such an amazing doctor and support. Sally.
Great ! That is good news !! I don’t understand my numbers to much .. I’m new in all this and every time I try to search for something I go to google and I get depressed, My Doctor hasn’t explain to me nothing ..
MeansCLL is less mature and tends to move faster. Also means chemo is unlikely to work, but makes no difference with most novel therapies such as ibrutinib that is agnostic to IGHV mutation status. Stay strong, Brian CLLSociety.org
