Hi shelling , hope your ok and feel better soon , I know stress can contribute to IBS symptoms and it's certainly a stressful time in all our life's adding to the normal stress of life .

Your white count is with in normal range usual between 4 to 11 and your HB is also in normal range , usually 115 onwards for females and 130 onwards for males

When is your next appointment with your consultant ?

Hope you feel better soon

Take care
