CLL diagnosed around 2013. Went 2 yrs...then acquired dep 17 marker. Mutated....2017 went to MDA for clinical trial....placed on Imbruvica....took for 2 weeks. Platelet count dropped to 2....went off abd began steroids...have been on them practically since 2017....i noticed over the past year...they have stanilized more...but still decline.....see Specialist on the 12th of May...He said Ventoclax......Would dual treatment be better than single.....Flinn in Nashville sats Gazyva and ventoclax...decisions decisions

A , plus O and V seems to be the way to go or if yuh can get on a trial

What does your CLL specialist recommend ?

To be honest i see 2 ...Not sure who to stk with. Flinn says gazyva and ventoclax...Hanna says ventoclax only......Hanna is close and handy. Flinn is 3 hrs away.....I really need to choose....i will ask more about side effects such as cardio...i would want to steer clear from those
