Quick and easy broth/soup in this world crisis

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well.

My recipe for a quick broth/soup when the supermarkets shelves are stripped bear is

either 1/2 beef, chicken or vegetable stock cube or teaspoon of stock powder in a cup of hot water. If preferred add finely chopped fresh parsley.

It does the trick for me.

I enjoy this more than a cup of coffee during the day.

Please stay strong and well.

We’ll all get through this.

Just a thought instead of all the negativity we hear every day.

Take care.

Kind regards from Josephine from Australia 🙏😊

I would love to do that, however, my experience with the cubed stock has been that it has MSG, which causes me to have a Migraine headache/total body reaction with aura from blood vessels contracting...

Hi cllady01,

I know all about MSG allergies.

In Australia I always buy the brand massel stock cubes and powder. It took me a long time to find them after I was diagnosed with MSG allergy. I read the ingredients on all the products that I purchase now.

Hopefully you’ll be able to get them also near where you live.

Alternatively you can just use fresh parsley sprigs if you like the flavour and take them out before drinking it.

Good luck with your health dear cllady01.

Kind regards from Josephine 🙏😊
