Hi Alec - Can you let us know where you are a student (your contact info) and name of academic adviser (and contact info). When I have participated in university in-person research there was also some form that was provided that showed that you were approved (can't remember by whom) to collect data. Not sure if this is a requirement for surveys. Thank you so much for researching this topic. Very important for all of us.
