Just one addition to the great suggestions. In addition to meditation, painting, and exercise when I can, I watch programs that make me laugh. Doc Martin is a favorite-hilarious!

Best to all,

Debrah

i am currently spending 2 or 3 hours a week watching (DVD) of the 1990-1995 TV program, Northern Exposure with a friend, while I get to share a sofa with Chester, the dog. who is so expressive, we have at least 3 times of hilarity just watching him. It is a delight to have that time with no thought of anything else.

Hello Virgo10

Doc Martin is great, better than Dr. Google. I wish they would make more new shows, great for laughs. Blessings.

I love Doc Martin! I must say, as a retiree with CLL and living alone with my cats in a tiny village (800 people) in the middle of Nebraska, comedies are my go-to television watching. That and old westerns.
