Hello. I was curious if anyone diagnosed with CLL had a negative LEF-1 or knew anything about LeF 1 and what significance it plays with the disease. Mine was negative and I can’t find much info except that most patients diagnosed with CLL are express LEF -1. Thank. You

LEF1 is Lymphocyte Enhancer-binding factor 1 and is expressed (positive) in 70%of CLL patients. A negative result does not mean that you don’t have CLL.
