Hi Fran,
First check your Digest settings here: healthunlocked.com/settings
to see that Email me a daily summary of what's new in my communities is selected.
If that's correct and the notifications aren't going to your junk mail folder, then email support@healthunlocked.com and ask them to investigate.

I had the same problem about two months ago. I eventually changed my postings from the junk mail to inbox and it corrected.
