I think ibrutinib has lactose. How bout venetoclax and acalabrutinib? How do lactose intolerant patients manage the situation?

"For most people who are lactose intolerant, digesting a small amount of lactose should not have adverse effects. Lactose-intolerant individuals can typically tolerate about 12 to 18 g of lactose, which is the equivalent amount found in an 8 to 12 oz. serving of milk. Medications typically have much less than this amount, meaning they should not cause discomfort."

Thanks Neil! This question caused me to think, since I am lactose “averse”. Good to know it is probably not adding to my GI adventures.

I'm very sensitive to lactose (a fraction of a glass of milk causes dire consequences) and I've never had trouble with medications.
