I was diagnosed with CLL in 2010. In October 2013 I started Chemo FCR finishing in March 2014. I became stable but had some bad side effects like eczema and mouth ulcers and some other issues I was hospitalized 2 times for about a week each time after I finished the chemo. After about one year from the the time I finished chemo I recovered well and was able to travel and work. Now its 5years since I finished chemo and my blood counts of WBC and Lymph nodes are getting high since 2 months so my oncologist had be do additional blood tests and perhaps I may have to have treatment again if the results are not good. Since the last 5 years patients with CLL relapse are not given Chemo. There are pills now like Ibrutinib.Read less
