Sounds good and could bring peace of mind to many. I wonder if it will be done for everyone automatically at diagnosis. Could potentially save a lot of anxiety.

I hope they do some studies with STELA and novel therapies, since chemotherapy use in CLL is fading somewhat... but it might find selected patients who would get the best benefit from chemo, FISH markers and IGHV mutations markers aside...
