Dear Yuck, I am with you and accidentally discovered all the naturals for these concerns. They are simple and easy;

Low Platelets; no stress, papaya fermented syrup, papayas, and maybe even the clover tea raises platelets. And the list goes on but will they let

me share here? I have studied 3,000 hrs and asked to teach but too

stressful as I always feel I must do it perfect with all the research in line.

H Pylori is gone with berberine taken 2 by 2 and avoiding dairy, sugar and

wheat. So simple. But you are prone to it again so we are taught here

just to stay away from the things that cause it. We eat better and things

just as fun. I love my sour dough gluten free bread at times. Just not a
