In April. With Imbruvica we are suppose to take the 3 pills at same time every day. I take my pills at 9pm every night. My math is telling me that would be 3am in Italy. Do I really have to wake at 3am to take my pills??

I take Ibrutinib/Imbruvica and have traveled from the UK to the US (and other places!) regularly since starting on the drug.
I maybe spend the first day in a new country "tweaking" my waking hours to fit in with the timezone I'm in, and then just carry on taking my meds around 9.30pm, as normal. A few hours difference, while you adjust to your new timezone, shouldn't cause you any problems at all.
We travelled to Hawaii recently, stopping in California before we flew to The Big Island - keeping up with the timezone changes on that trip was fun!😏
I'm in a clinical trial with ibrutinib and I've asked this question of my doctors since I commute between the east and west coasts every six weeks or so. They say I don't have to adjust for the time zones - just keep taking it around the same time every day. A shift of a few hours is not going to make a difference.
