That’s perhaps too vague a question Angela because some symptoms of CLL like enlarged neck and head nodes, stress and anemia have been known to cause headaches but then so have a hundred and one other causes, none of which are CLL related.
I notice a mention of you being on the blood thinner Apixaban and headaches are mentioned as a possible side effect. Have you mentioned this problem to your doctor?

My husband who has CLL had a lot of headaches as well. It turned out after a head CT that he has chronic sinusitis and that's what was causing the headaches. He was prescribed a steroid spray and the headaches have stopped.
