IR vs FCR - PFS Sub-Group Analysis

Thanks to twitter users posting slides from the late-breaking ASH 2018 presentation! In all sub-groups IR was better. I presume the dotted vertical line is the indicator of statistical significance.

Very interesting data. In fact the solid vertical line is the line of statistical significance. So if the horizontal line (which is the confidence interval) doesn’t cross one then the item is statistically significant. I’m assuming the dotted vertical line is probably intended to refer to clinical significance ie that if the point estimate is further away from 1 than that the difference shown is probably clinically important.
