What arm of the trial are you on Duder? Sounds like you’re pushing yourself too hard during treatment. Is there no chance of taking some time off to recuperate?

Hi, Duder, can you reduce your working week hours? or take some time off (if financially possible ) as that's what my husband did.

Fatigue is one of the known side effects of Ibrutinib....I know it sounds dumb, we are supposed to be treating the fatigue caused by the CLL! My fatigue was worse until about 9 months on Ibrutinib and that included 5 months on Venetoclax (I am in a combo trial). Started in August and around May I began to feel like my old self and could pretty much do whatever I wanted or needed to do. I had pretty severe lower gastrointestinal issues which can wipe you out anyway. Hopefully you will not have to wait as long as I did!BeckyL USA
