We treat so many patients with this therapy, and as we discussed about the findings from our study of response and resistance to CD19 CAR T-cell therapy, we now have a general picture of who is likely to respond and not respond and have learned about common patterns.

I love that story about the patient in whom just one CAR-T cell drove the whole remission, incredible!

We should all be that lucky☺

If I ran the world I would definitely have CAR-T treatment right now....not really cause I am certain it would work....but because the technology is so so very advanced I couldn't help myself.

This article you posted was sort of a downer for me...although some was beyond me, it appears expression of CD45 can make CAR-T not work....and I checked my FlowCytomerty and my results show CD45++

I'd still do it, even if they told me it probably won't work.....cause after that sort of Tek the next step is Scotty beaming me up off this rock :)
