What treatment? The new guidelines have made its more complex, than 10 years ago... which is 99% of what you will read on the internet.

In very very general terms it's a greater than 50% improvement from baseline, nodes, spleen, liver, blood lymphocytes, and bone marrow infiltrate... they also look for improvement in platelet counts, Hgb etc.

The detailed specifications for partial response and complete response (remission) are spelled out in the most recent IWCLL guidelines. I am not good at copying urls, but if you google IWCLL GUIDELINES 2018 you will find them contained in an article published in the journal BLOOD. It is available for free.
