Hello there had flu 3 weekks ago i also have cll my whit coutnt was 8,500 and now over 23,000 tired glands in neck enlarged and feel I'll in stomach feels different this time how worried should i be

Given you have been ill recently, it is quite likely that the changes in your white cell count and lymph nodes are due to your body fighting your infection. You can get a better idea of what's happening due to your CLL by looking at just your lymphocyte count, as your white cell count includes other types of white cells that go up and down with infections and allergies.

I'm not sure from your post whether your white cell count was 8,500 3 weeks or longer ago. Even if your lymphocyte count change is largely behind the increase from 8,500 to over 23,000, I've seen my lymphocyte count jump up and down by about the same amount on monthly testing while I've been well.

While you'd be wise to see your doctor and check with your specialist, particularly if your symptoms worsen, I don't think you should be too worried.

Thanks for your time to reply feel like bert newton ti the head at moment think my lympnodes was around 10.5 had alot of headache and mouth ulcers and dizziness plus teet are starting to rot pretty bad

I hope you feel better soon. When you are up to it, get to a dentist and have your teeth looked after. You don't want infections in your mouth getting into your blood when you have CLL...

Cheeres been to dentists had about 7 out rest are rooted gone have to come out just had double antibiotics and glands and teeth still sore any got to go blood trst again on monday but doctor sad as bad as teeth are and the antibiotics you hsve taken it is the cll not your teeth
