I have been on Imbruvica for 3 years. My flow cytometry reports are down to #1.But i do have mild side effects (respiratory). Dr. J C Byrd has helped to develop 2ND generation BTK inhibitor - Calquence which will be available this year. Let us all hope for newer drugs - they have saved my life !!
