You can have raw turmeric or organic turmeric powder daily. It is very good to resist infections. You can have this with milk or jaggery.

You can have 2 cloves raw garlic swallowed in empty stomach and 1 lemon with two glass of lukewarm water also with it.

I shouldn't eat any thing for at least 30 mins after this.

These are some tips which i am doing daily.

There is some laboratory bench top (in Vitro) evidence that the active ingredient in Turmeric - Curcumin when sequenced (different days or times) with an ingredient in Green Tea call ECGC- May have a minor effect on slowing a rise in ALC. The NIH has published a few papers- its a long complex read

SNIP; It is unlikely that curcumin alone will be an effective treatment for B-CLL due to incomplete apoptotic responses. Curcumin itself enhances the effectiveness of a variety of compounds, including vincristine in B-CLL in vitro....

Ultimately, however, the optimal studies will probably require the use of a curcumin compound modified to enhance its bioavailability. Encapsulating curcumin in liposomes allows it to be administered systemically, and several groups are working on altering curcumin to increase its absorption when taken orally. Based on the biologic properties of curcumin alone or in combination with EGCG or other compounds, these second generation curcumin moieties should be explored for the treatment of CLL and other cancers.

The bottom line is that raw tumeric alone is not believed to be effective. Enhanced versions of Curcumin & ECGC trials in humans are needed, and some have started, but there are no clinical trials far enough along to prove efficacy in humans.

The body does not use curcumin very well, in fact it has poor uptake, but it can be improved a bit with a combination of curcumin and piperine.

The best curcumin is called 'high uptake' and is chemically treated often refered to as Liposomal curcumin.

Chris, was trying to open the link on the dark side of Curcumin. It is giving me a forbidden notice. Any way to fix. Thanks J.R.
