Omg! I can’t figure out whether it’s the Tamiflu or the z pak or having to take both and believe me I’m grateful for both given how sick I was - BUT it’s destroying my stomach. I still have 5 days left to take - any suggestions to settle things down?

Buttermilk or yogurt will help to restore the bacteria that are being destroyed by the z pack. I hope this helps. It might help you to first take a couple imodium to get the flow at least slowed.
It seems every medical aid needs to have some other medical aid to keep it in line, doesn't it. Hope this helps.
Okay thanks! Took Imodium and will eat yogurt right now. Brutal flu.
