My Dr originally called me last week and said test showed cll. Had appointment today and he said it was pre cll. B cell monoclonal lymphocytoses. He said my lymphocytes were 5000 so he could have classified it either way. I am having severe fatigue. He said it could be a symptom of it but doesn’t want to treat it yet which I am glad. Any thoughts on this diagnosis?

Good side of the mark... only 1-2% of Monoclonal B Lymphocytosis (MBL) becomes CLL per year and it can take years to occur.
If nodes start expanding and the B lymphocytes remain below 5000 then it might possible be SLL, but again it can take years.
Fatigue was my primary symptom in CLL at diagnosis, but I wasn't treated for 14 years, so go on with your life... 😁
