Hi Unazita and welcome.
So many of us have bone marrow issues resulting from CLL infiltration, that I'm wondering what you mean specifically. What exactly do you mean by "bone marrow issues"?
Perhaps if you gave us some background to why you've asked this question it would help.

By definition bone marrow is affected. Do you mean bone pain?
