What's the context of your question? With a lymphocyte count of 1, it would appear that you are undergoing CLL treatment. While platelets at 91 is considerably below the lower normal limit, it's still a safe level. Hb of 135 is reasonable adequate, particularly for a woman.

With Hb 135 you could donate blood in the UK, notwithstanding any of the other figures of course.

Saidie, I'm wondering if this question is in relation to your father who you've mentioned in previous posts? He has Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) which is a rare acute blood cancer I understand.

I think it might be unwise for anyone on here to make blood result comparisons as it's quite different to CLL. I hope he's doing ok and has found suitable treatment. If this is in relation to your dad, are his doctors able to reassure you about his blood results and how things are progressing?

Best wishes,

Newdawn

Sorry I didn't think of that....I was just desperate for some information. I wish in my dads case there was knowledge or support at hand. We feel very isolated and scared of what is ahead as no- one really knows. He hasn't been feeling great the last few days and is going back to see his Haematologist.

Kindest Regards, I won't post again.

Wishing everyone continued health and treatments with positive outcomes.xx

Hi Saidie, I certainly wasn't wanting to deter you from seeking support and fully understand your concerns. I'm only sorry that this forum doesn't have the specific information you need but wish you and your father well.

Best wishes,

Newdawn

It ok and thank you for replying. I really wish there was something like this for us. There has only been 200 cases diagnosed worldwide since 2008.The rarity of this disease does not enable prospective clinical trials to identify a better therapeutic strategy which is based on at present the clinicians own experience, which as I have become aware very few have heard off let alone treated a BPDCN patient.

Wishing you all the best and you do a good job.
