This is an excellent video, but there was something I didn't understand. I understood Dr. Croce to say that BCL2 and ROR1 are expressed on the same cells, but that ROR1 is not expressed on all CLL cells. So how are those cells with no expression eliminated? Do they express BCL2? Or would Another drug need to be added in combination ?

Exactly... the second drug, actually a monoclonal antibody targeted to ROR1, gets the cells with no BCL2 that venetoclax misses...

That monclonal is called cirmtuzumab... currently in early trials
