Is this safe to eat as it's a plant based soya with yogurt cultures?

I'm not aware of any respected studies regarding any potential adverse effects of soy based food consumption and CLL, so would just echo the regularly espoused good advice to eat well from a wide range of food sources.  If you are sufficiently neutropenic, then perhaps it would be wise to avoid any yoghurt with probiotics - irrespective of what kind of 'milk' is used to make it.

Here is an article about soy which gives lots of info which might help you.  Big issue seems to be the additives in order to make it palatable as a drink: empoweredsustenance.com/avo...

I have just been diagnosed with estrogen breast cancer. I have been on plant based diet for 3 years and think it’s the soybean protein isotopes that have caused my cancer. I eat soybeans protein isotopes everyday. I am looking for answers. My husband has cll/sll and is on ibrutinib since July 2019. Working very slow on lowering the wbc.

I can't tolerate cow dairy, disliked soy milk and cheese (and although Alpro yoghurt helped get me through recovering from antibiotics for pneumonia, I don't eat it much otherwise). Instead, I use goats' milk, cheese and yoghurt, and avoid anything with cow dairy products (whey powder, buttermilk, etc.). Changing to goats' dairy has completely cleared all the ill-effects of cow dairy that I used to suffer.
