On his blog this week, Andrew Schorr shares thoughts and feelings about the wins and losses we all experience in this world of cancer as it plays out in social media. Powerful stuff.

Hi Andrew,

Can you remind me of the clinical trial and subsequent chemo regime you entered when first diagnosed with CLL all those years ago?

You are often a source of refreshing hope, optimism and information.

Continue to journey well.

Now is a good time for me to thank all those who enter drugs trials for cll, including you Andrew for your part 14 years ago in the FCR trial.

I am a recent British recipient of FCR which has resulted in good remission for me.

Fieldmeadow, It's not very often we get to hear the words of thanks, especially for those who entered trials, paving the way for others. How thoughtful of you to speak your mind and share your heart. I'm sure everyone to whom your post goes out to, agrees.
