Hi some people can deal with waiting hrs at the Dr's or hospital but I find it drains me even though I try not to get stressed about something beyond my control.
Prepare some notes first of what you want to ask then put them to one side somewhere safe.
I now always take my tablet PC with me now to waiting rooms, so the wait is a real luxury to catch up on all the articles I've downloaded and not got round to reading. A good book etc. would do.
That way the "wait" is never long enough, and you start the meeting relaxed.
