Before last one year i am having gastric problem .. last 10 days my hands are getting pain . i dont have cheast pain but i'm having cheast little bit itching pain comes and goes ... is it i am having heart attack problem or wat ??? please give suggestion....

Go down to accident and emergency and get checked out.
It could be many things, either go to A and E at your local Hospital or go, immediately, to your GP who knows your medical history and get advice. It may well be nothing bad, but it is best to get it checked out. All the best
Don't ever tale chances with any chest pains...that is what the Dr told me in A&E...and he was right on! Go and get checked out asap...they would rather you do that than injure your heart!
