Give it a couple days and there should also be a healthcare comment on the app (my Serum cholesterol level was 5.5 and comment was no action needed) or a appointment to discuss medication if they feel it's needed. Hope this helps

From my experience, its not so much the total but the three serum levels and the ratio between them that is meaningful. But please do not worry about it, your doctor will look at these in relation to your overall health and decide from there. For example my cholestrol levels were on the high side, but with a better diet they came down ( which is the same for many people) but because of my family history of heart disease I was recommended a statin as a precaution anti inflammatory, and all is fine.

Just beware of statins. The side effects can be very unpleasant.

Very True about the statins. I will never take those again
