Hi. I am not taking this but have been reading about it recently. I am a T2 diabetic - although weight loss and exercise has kept my HbA1c levels in the normal range for last 10 months. It seems a very effective medication.
I have also seen reports that it is an effective treatment for patients with chronic kidney disease -

Also encouraging to read the professor quoted in the MoS article saying it shows encouraging signs for treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) as I understand there are less treatments available currently for this type of heart failure.
