What do my results mean?

Hello everyone.

I hope you are all well?

Recently I had some blood tests done. It came back that my Vitamin D was low. I asked for a print out of the results and it came back with my cholesterol levels.

I am not sure what they mean as no one has explained them through with me. I am just wondering if they are ok or a bit on the high side?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

The first line third column "results give you a lot of information".

It talks about primary and secondary medication satin dosage!

You may want to consider life style change first before any medication.

Regular exercise can help.

Have a look at the web site, I had a look but could not find any information.

You may want to discuss further with your GP, depending up on your general health and other blood numbers, BP and blood glucose!

Risk calculation is less then 10%, you are in the ( 10 in 100) group of people who can develop health problems.

I am not a doctor, at the end of the day need need to ask your GP for full explanation of the blood test results, what was the reason for blood test?
