If your diet is high fat make sure it's butter, cheese, full fat milk etc ie saturated fat. If you want cholesterol, especially small dense LDL to drop, remove all carbohydrate that is white; potatoes, bread, rice, pasta etc and replace with green vegetables. It's called LCHF:
