Above right hand side is a box which says Following, click on it to unfollow.

Hi springlove,

To join a new community, look for a symbol like 9 little circles arranged in a grid, named 'My Hub'. This will either be at the top of the HealthUnlocked home page, if you are using a desktop or laptop computer, or possibly elsewhere if you use an app with a tablet or similar device like a phone. Wherever that symbol is, click on 'MyHub' and you'll see a plus (+) sign, named Find A Community. Clicking on that will bring up a list of every single community on HealthUnlocked, including Ataxia. Click on that to bring up its page and then click to follow it, as you did when you joined the Care Community.

Then do what bantam12 suggests, to unfollow the Care Community.

But maybe you'll come back and visit us again in future, as one of our friends! Very best wishes.

thank you for that. I've been on ataxia since 2016 (I think) but 'care community' just showed up one day. As I don't have anybody to care for, I don't really need it.
