How amazing is this sunshine?!

Love how much difference some sun makes for me and my parents. Just being able to potter outside makes them more energetic and happier. Has anyone else seen this?

Hello freezingspark, I think the sun brings out the best in people and changes how they feel. It lifts the spirits and long may it last. Xxxxx

Hi freezingspark and sassy. I totally agree, when the sun shines everything looks better, it lifts our mood, increases the vitamin D in our system and gives us the feel good factor. Spring is nearly here.

Best wishes to all members.

MAS Nurse.

Hi freezingspark,

Yes, absolutely agree. It's one of the wonderful things about living in a seasonal climate. We really do appreciate a little warmth and the cheerfulness of the sun after a long, dark winter. Glad to hear you are making the most of it.

Hi, Yes I agree it has been a gift. I was able to take my dad out in his wheelchair in the garden of the hospice he is now at. Their garden is amazing through a wooded area where We saw squirrels, crocus and snowdrops. He looked so much happier and contented.
