Hi everyone,

A few of you may already recognize my screen-name as I've been here for a while now, answering questions and trying to help as much as I can.

Now I've become an Ambassador for the site's Care community and I'm here to try to be as helpful and supportive as I can. I'll be delighted to chat with as many of you as possible, so please get in touch with your questions and comments, and I hope that you'll feel that you are very welcome here.
