Anyone else suffering from Diplacusis Dysharmonica?

I have ringing tinnitus in my left ear and have recently started to get bouts of diplacusis dysharmonica in my right ear - making listening to voices and music an incredibly uncomfortable experience! I would love to know if others also have this issue and what can be done about it? Thanks.
